In-Home New Hearing Aid Trials

Repair, parts and shipping always free for NOVA systems under factory warranty.  Service visits during regularly scheduled community hearing screenings are free.  Out-of-Community visits and after hours, weekends and holidays may be subject to a 'house-call' fee from $75 to $150 depending on location.  Service requests are added to our task roster for next visit to the requested location.  We service many community types such as independent, assisted, memory care, senior centers and some private homes.   

Out-of-warranty NOVA systems subject to service. needed parts and manufacture's fee.   Non-NOVA systems may be serviceable by an 'all-make' repair service for a fee.
